We will be holding a 10th grade course registration/information meeting on Monday, March 3 in the HS Main Campus Auditorium (7:00-9:00). The meeting will begin at 7:00 and last approximately 1 hour. We will be discussing the following items:
- New classes and/or class changes for the 2014-2015 school year.
- Course options available for graduation requirements.
- Important on-line course selection information.
- Tech Center information, including which courses can fulfill certain graduation requirements.
- Course selection for 10th grade and beyond.
- Testing-out procedures.
- Teacher request procedures.
- Where to look for college and scholarship information.
We are also excited to have Jodi Chycinski, head of admissions for Grand Valley State University, speak about what can be done during the high school years to better prepare for college.
Guidance counselors will be available after the presentation to answer questions. There will also be open computers available for anyone that would like to sit down and do course selections after the informational meeting. Mark your calendars for this very important meeting.
